Founded by Rikki Garcia, with 28 years of experience of engaging young people, older people, staff teams, volunteers and senior decision makers in participation, co-production and co-design processes to amplify stakeholder voices and improve services. We believe in working together, holding leaders accountable through collaboration, and supporting and empowering people to join in and take action. Through sustainable collaborative processes, we ensure stakeholders voices are heard.

RIKKI GARCIA
Founder/CEO
Rikki Garcia has 28 years of experience working in the public and voluntary sector with staff teams, community groups, and local people to create participatory and collaborative mechanisms aiming to improve teams, systems and services.
MICHELLE GOLDING
Engagement Specialist
Michelle Golding has spent more than 20 years working with and for disadvantaged and disenfranchised people. Now a practicing Fostering Social Worker, and previously an accomplished community film maker, Michelle uses innovative and effective techniques to engage with people, build trust and achieve outcomes.
